Refund & Return Policy :

  • Customer or recipient has to notify us of any issue with any item or delivery service within 3 days after delivery to qualify for any refund policy.
  • If product quality is in question, we will check the issue instantly and organize for replacement.
  • If not all the items in delivery are qualified for a refund, you will receive a refund for that item only, not the whole order.
  • Refund will be sent to the debit card, credit card, bank account, bkash account, etc. that the customer has paid from. The refund amount will not be given/delivered to the recipient.
  • The customer is placing an order after hid/her own choice. Purple Wave is not responsible for the recipient’s choice. Delivered item will not be subject to refund if conflicts with recipient choice.
  • Purple Wave is not responsible for your order if your family members got angry about your order and asked for refund if you are already have done it by your own risk.
  • Sometimes customer fixes their delivery period and paid for their order as a gift order. If we are unable to deliver that order on expected/fix delivery period you may ask for a full refund to us.
  • Every single order we suggest you check out product’s descriptions before placing your final order. If you place your order once and we shipped it, you are not able to cancel it anymore or even purple wave is not responsible for your mistakes.
  • You will receive a full refund if we refuse/cancel an order that you have paid for.
  • You will receive a full refund if we are unable to deliver your selected items.
