Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, stickers, and seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene, the following products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

• Cosmetics and skincare

• Food items

• Personal hygiene products

• Opened or used products

Return Process

1. Contact Us:

   Email us at support@purplewaveofficial.com or call +880700774310 within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

2. Review & Approval:

   Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipment:

   Once approved, you may be asked to return the item via courier. Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Inspection & Refund:

   After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or replacement as applicable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

• Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Additional Notes

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

• If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, it may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
